Tuesday rise what is Tuesday rise all about. In today’s lesson we are going to be exploring the relationship between the internal world and the external world. In exploring the external world we are going to be using acting techniques. The acting technique that I am proposing this morning,is the acting technique of asana. We are going to be using the asanas to attract to us our desired reality. We are going to do certain poses to signify to our subconscious minds, that we are receiving the reality that we desire. The way that we are going to signal that, is through asap, which basically means postures. We arengoing to be exploring all of the different types of postures and how we can use them to manifest our realities. The pose which I would like you to pose is the pose of a fist. You are going to hold out your hand and make them the asana of a fist. The fist is a symbol of power and dominance over your desired reality. What I want you then to do is to make the asana of a fist pump. Feel the feelings of victory and salute that posture towards your desired direction.
